The Focus of the Retreat Days are fun, relaxation and connection.
The aim is for individuals to learn about themselves, connect to nature and meet new people. After the day individuals leave invigorated and energised. People gain so much from the day because they are investing in themselves and their well-being.
Details of the day:
10.30am – arrive, welcome and opening circle
Breathwork and meditation
12 noon – Gentle yoga class
1.00pm – Hike and optional sea swim
2.30pm – Lunch (provided)
3.00pm – Lifecoaching
4.00pm – Restorative chill yoga
