About Tricia

My passion has always been sports. I spent 20 years in Limerick Prison teaching PE. I worked 1:1 with individuals there. It was a challenging environment but produced some great results. My aim is to support people to reach their potential and live their best lives.

I competed as a top class amateur golfer for 18 years. My journey as a high performance golfer set the foundation for the work I now do. The knowledge I gained from the top class coaching I received enabled me to build the programmes I now offer. Yoga and fitness were key components in elevating my performance to the next level.

Sculpt is my 1:1 coaching program where I support individuals to achieve long term success for what their goals are. We focus on 4 key elements-training, nutrition, mindset and supplements. The aim for the individual is to have more energy, create better habits, make positive changes and gain inner confidence.We will create a vision of your desired outcome and set solid foundations to ensure a positive outcome.

Retreats provided an added boost to individuals looking to enhance their daily lives. The group setting creates a unique bond over the course of the day and the scheduled activities encourage people to move out of their comfort zone. Day retreats are relaxed fun days with nourishing food in the wonderful setting of Doolin.

I am very passionate about my Retreats Days. I have been running them for the last 4 years and they are always amazing. The Day is all about connections, connecting to yourself, connecting to others and to the beautiful nature around us here along the Wild Atlantic Way. My aim is for you to get to know yourself better, tap into your full potential and equip you with tools to enable your journey through life to flow a little easier. My aim is to awaken the seeds of potential in you and discover any obstacles that may be holding you back. I hold a safe space where people are encouraged to be themselves. The group bond by the end of the day is powerful. Individuals get an opportunity to experience a deep sense of relaxation. We finish the day with a stunning sound bath and a session in the outdoor spa area. Retreats are intimate, group numbers are limited.

 


Tricia has now completed training with both Green Lotus Yoga Training and Sivananda Yoga Training.
