YOGA FOR TEENAGERS
Introducing our Yoga in Schools Program for Transition Year students!
As the demands of academic and personal growth evolve during the pivotal transition year, we recognise the importance of holistic well-being. Our schools program offers a transformative journey into the world of yoga, providing students with invaluable tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence with resilience and clarity. Through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, students will cultivate physical strength, mental focus, and emotional balance. These special sessions will also include life skills tips.
YOGA FOR CHILDREN
Our primary schools program is designed to introduce young minds to the joy of movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, children will have fun whilst being introduced to ideas around holistic well-being. We create a nurturing environment where kids can explore their bodies, minds and emotions.
