Join me for a 6 week programme that helps you achieve the goals you want to reach.  The aim of this programme is to create good habits, increase your energy and feel fit and healthy. 

It's a 6 week commitment, and will include, holistic approach on exercise, nutrition, supplements and mind work.

What to expect

  • Sculpt Booklet
  • 1 hour personal training session once a week in person or online on Monday and Tuesday and Thursday
  • Check-ins once a week on Thursday’s
  • Detailed nutritional plan
  • Detailed exercise programme
  • Short informative motivational videos
  • Mind work
  • Free access to all classes in studio

Tricia offers 1:1 sessions in Personal Training onsite. Sessions are structured to meet clients specific needs.

Two options available - 2 x 45 min sessions or 1 x 45 min session per week, you choose!
