My passion has always been sports. I spent 20 years in Limerick Prison teaching PE. I worked 1:1 with individuals there. It was a challenging environment but produced some great results. My aim is to support people to reach their potential and live their best lives.
I competed as a top class amateur golfer for 18 years. My journey as a high performance golfer set the foundation for the work I now do. The knowledge I gained from the top class coaching I received enabled me to build the programmes I now offer. Yoga and fitness were key components in elevating my performance to the next level.
Sculpt is my 1:1 coaching program where I support individuals to achieve long term success for what their goals are. We focus on 4 key elements-training, nutrition, mindset and supplements. The aim for the individual is to have more energy, create better habits, make positive changes and gain inner confidence.We will create a vision of your desired outcome and set solid foundations to ensure a positive outcome.

1:1 Coaching - 6 weeks programme

Join me for a 6 week programme that helps you achieve the goals you want to reach. The aim of this programme is to create good habits, increase your energy and feel fit and healthy.
It's a 6 week commitment, and will include, holistic approach on exercise, nutrition, supplements and mind work.

- 1 hour personal training session once a week in person or online on Monday and Tuesday and Thursday

Tricia offers 1:1 sessions in Personal Training onsite. Sessions are structured to meet clients specific needs.
Two options available - 2 x 45 min sessions or 1 x 45 min session per week, you choose!
